I’m thinking:
- my top 5 Brisbane and Sydney coffee time locations (places to chill, relax, read the paper and savour a flat white and a bite)
- my top 5 Brisbane and Sydney grab and go coffee locations that give you a buzz (The Brewery Espresso Bar in Sydney and Bird’s Nest is Brisbane are on that list already)
- a bit of the old coffee art – I’d like to see someone make a swan. Not sure why, but I bet someone’s doing it and it seems indulgently royal
